     SHM-219 high-speed grinding machine is a new type of ultra-fine grinding equipment developed on the basis of years of experience in grinding machine production. It has absorbed advanced foreign machinery manufacturing technology and has been tested and improved many times. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional industrial mills in terms of use, throughput, fineness, energy consumption and service life.     Mainly used for crushing brittle materials with hardness less than 5, such as heavy calcium (calcite, marble, dolomite, etc.), barite, phosphate rock, talc, gypsum, petroleum coke, white carbon black, brucite, hydrogen, etc. . Alumina, titanium dioxide, wollastonite, kaolin, rare earth, graphite, mica and other materials.


Technical Advantages 

1. Low production cost and high performance: With the fineness of the finished product and the same motor power, the SHM high-speed grinding yield is 40% higher than that of the jet mill and the agitator mill, and its system energy consumption is only one-third. Jet mills ensure high productivity and low energy consumption.

2. Good stability and high reliability: The SHM has high-speed, high-speed grinding that can be adjusted between 325 mesh and 2500 mesh as needed. It can be processed into D97=6μm fine powder at the same time, and the fine powder content below 2μm accounts for 60%~70%. The smashing pair uses a unique combination of structures. There are no rolling bearings or screws in the grinding chamber, the bearings and their seals are vulnerable, the screws are loose, the machine is damaged, and it is safe and reliable.

3. Good product granularity and stable performance: SHM-219 mainframes are equipped with a built-in classification mechanism. The impeller turntable adopts a unique structure, avoiding the phenomenon of “rough powder operation”, good classification effect, concentrated powder particles and no large particle pollution.
