The small specific gravity material refers to chemical raw materials such as AC foaming agent, zinc stearate, pentaerythritol, white carbon black, or food materials such as starch and cocoa. The proportion of such materials is light, generally requires fineness, and there is no coarse particle pollution or iron pollution. In addition, some materials have a certain viscosity and are sensitive to temperature. The B-type pulverizer produced by our company is used for superfine pulverization of such materials, with good fineness, low investment, low energy consumption and high cost performance.
1. Multi-pass crushing, suitable for small specific gravity materials:CJM-B ultra-fine pulverizer adopts the lower air suction type feeding method, which has large pulverizing area and long pulverizing path, and is especially suitable for superfine pulverization of small specific gravity materials. The B-type pulverizer innovatively uses a multi-channel pulverizing device with high pulverization efficiency, low power consumption, and good fineness of the finished product, which is close to the airflow mill.
2. High classification accuracy: The company independently produces vertical grading system, with a number of advanced technologies, narrow cutting size, uniform concentration of powder, and can be freely adjusted from 3 to 300 microns.
3. High purity, no iron pollution:There is no direct contact between the hammer head and the ring gear in the grinding area of the machine, and there is no problem of "iron grinding iron". The wearing parts can be made of hard alloy or ceramic material, and the pipes and other parts can be made of stainless steel, etc., which does not pollute the final product and ensure the purity of the powder.
4. Small investment and low energy consumption: The B-type pulverizer has a small investment and is extremely cost-effective. In the case of the same fineness and output, the energy consumption per ton of product is only about 30% of that of the jet mill, so it is very popular among enterprises.
